SFI: Receiving the transfer of contribution capital in Minh Toan - Safi

The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the BOD of Sea & Air Freight International approved to receive the transfer of 49% charter capital in Minh Toan – Safi Company Limited from Minh Toan Trading & Service Company Limited with charter capital at the time of capital contribution is VND360,000,000,000. The time of implementation will be expected in Quarter 2/2022.
