ORS: Delay of planning to issue shares for capital increase

The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tien Phong Securities Corporation approved to delay the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital from VND2,000 billion to VND4,000 billion that approved by the Annual General Meeting 2022 dated March 11, 2022 and the Board of Directors.
