SZC: Signing an agreement with Sonadezi Giang Dien

On March 22, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved to sign an office rental service contract with Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company in order to convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The contract value will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
