CTS: Board resolution on signing a contract with a related party

On March 18, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (Vietinbank Securities) unanimously approved a contract with VietinBank Gold & Jewellry. Accordingly, VietinBank Gold & Jewellry will be the supplier for shopping package: gifts for bank partners. The contract has a value of VND91,802,700.
