CLC: Board resolution on agreements with a related party

On March 23, 2022, the Board of Directors assigned the CEO (the Company’s legal representative) to sign goods and services agreements in 2022 with Vina Toyo Company Limited, a company related to Mr. Chau Tuan. The value of each agreement will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
