DBT: Raising the ownership ratio at subsidiary The Board resolution dated March 28, 2022, the BOD of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the additional shares purchase of Yen Bai Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ypharco) with details as follows:
- Owning volume: 3,643,080 shares, equivalent to 85.9% charter capital of Ypharco
- Additional purchase volume: less than 250,0000 shares, equivalent to less than 5.9% charter capital of Ypharco.
- Owning volume after the transaction (estimated): 3,893,080 shares, equivalent to 91.8% charter capital of Ypharco.
- Purchase price (estimated): less than VND38,500/share HOSE
