The Board resolution dated November 22, 2021, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the policy to borrow capital with related party – Louis Holdings Joint Stock Company (Mr. Nguyen Mai Long, Chairman of BOD of TGG, and Deputy Chairman of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer in Louis Holdings Joint Stock Company).
