TTE: BOD resolution dated December 22, 2021 The Board resolution dated December 22, 2021, the BOD of Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving the plan for share private placement:
- Stock name: Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Number of outstanding shares: 28,490,400 shares
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND284,904,000,000
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 21,000,000 shares
- Total value (at par value): VND210,000,000,000
- Offering price: VND10,000
- Issuance form: private placement
- Plan for using capital from the issuance: total proceeds from the issuance (estimated) of VND210,000,000,000 will be supplemented capital resources for investment activities.
- Transfer restriction:
- For strategic investors: 03 years from the ending date of the offering
- For professional investors: 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
2) Approving the stock issuance under ESOP:

- Stock type: common share
