TCO: Completing the purchase of shares in Hoang Gia Energy JSC

On November 30, 2021, Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company announces the finish of receiving the transfer of 3,600,000 shares, accounting for 50.704% of charter capital of Hoang Gia Energy Service Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Hoang Gia Energy Service Trading Joint Stock Company becomes a subsidiary of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company from November 30, 2021.
