LGL: Transferring shares in E&C Long Giang

The Board resolution dated December 22, 2021, the BOD of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LGL) approved to transfer all shares in Long Giang Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company (E&C Long Giang)

After the transfer completes, Long Giang Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company will no longer be an associated company of LGL.
