LHG: Decision on tax penalties

Long Hau Corporation announces the decision dated December 114, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Long An Province regarding the administrative penalties for tax as follows:

-        Adjusting corporate income tax in 2019 and 2020. The corporate income tax in 2019 will increase by 533,261,362 dongs and in 2020 will increase by 626,391,136 dongs.

-        VAT tax arrears: 20,764,303,535 dongs;

-        Late payment interest: 9,562,809,455 dongs;

-        To reduce the deduction of VAT: 67,536,357,700 dongs.
