LDG Investment Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.03/2021 dated February 24, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the documents of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Report of the Board of Directors;
• Report of the Board of Supervisors;
• The 2020 audited financial statements;
• Choosing an auditing company for the Company in 2021;
• Plan for profit distribution;
• Remuneration for members of the Board of Directors. Board of Supervisors;
• Plan for investment projects in 2021;
• Restructuring the Company’s organization; 
• Amendments of the Articles of Association;
• Corporate governance rules;
• Change of company address;
• Other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting.

2)      Estimated meeting date: in April 2021

3)      Estimated record date for closing the shareholder list for the 2021 Annual General Meeting: March 16, 2021.
