TVB: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

To comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: TVB) decided to postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to convene on February 23, 2021, until 14:00 on March 01, 2021 at 142 Doi Can, Doi Can ward, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi city.
