On February 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) approved to contribute capital to establish Vung Tau Investment Group Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          New company: Vung Tau Investment Group Joint Stock Company

-          Abbreviation name: VTI

-          Address: LK 28, Hang Dieu 1 Street, ward 10, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Viet Nam

-          Registered charter capital: VND1,000,000,000,000.

-          Capital amount contributed by SGT: VND169,900,000,000.

-          Capital contribution ratio by SGT: 16.99% of the new company.
