DQC: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated February 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: March 18, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time:  expected in April 24, 2021

-          Meeting venue: lot HT-2-2 Street D2, High Technolody Area, Tang Nhon Phu B Ward, Thu Duc City, Hochiminh.

-          Content:

• Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2020
• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the plan of profit distribution in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board;
• Proposal on the selection of the auditors for the financial statements in 2021;
• Other issues.
