Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of auction in block shares of Petec Trading and Investment Corporation in Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company (PETEC BIDIDCO) as follows:

             Until 16:00 on June 18, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the purchase of shares in block of Petec Trading and Investment Corporation in Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 2284/QĐ-DVN dated May 29, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares in block of Petec Trading and Investment Corporation in Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
