Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of auction in block shares of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV Oil) in Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC (PVTRANS-PTT) as follows:
Until 16:00 on June 05, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the purchase of shares in block of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation in Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC. Therefore, based on Article 15 with Decision No. 209/QĐ-DVN dated May 18, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares in block of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation in Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
