Ben Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of the People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province in Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company (BENTREPCO) as follows:

             Until 16:00 on May 29, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the purchase of shares of Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company owned by the People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 248/QĐ-SGDHCM dated May 13, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of the People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province in Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
