VSH: Auction result of Biditour

The date of May 25, 2020 is the deadline of subscription and deposit for the purchase of shares of major shareholder Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) at Binh Dinh Tourist Joint Stock Company (BIDITOUR). However, until 16:00, May 25, 2020, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on the share auction regulation and the decision of the Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company, the auction of shares of BIDITOUR is not eligible to be held and is considered to be unsuccessful.
