HDC: Board resolution on stock dividend payment for 2019 Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.46/QD-HDQT dated April 29, 2020. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the stock dividend payment for 2019 as follows:
- Stock code: HDC
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of issued shares: 57,924,440 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 57,283,611 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 640,829 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,592,541 shares
- Value of shares expected to be issued (based on par value): VND85,925,410,000
- Issue ratio: 15% on the outstanding volume
- Financial resource for the issue: the undistributed after-tax profit until 12/31/2019.
- Issue date: in Quarter II of 2020
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 301 shares. Shareholder A will receive: (301 x 15)/100 = 45.15 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 45 new shares. The fractional part (0.15) will be cancelled.
