PDR: Approving the plan to pay stock dividend to existing shareholders According to the decision dated April 27, 2020, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to implement the plan to pay stock dividend to existing shareholders:

- Exercise ratio: 13% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 13 new shares).
- Expected issue volume: 42,595,536 shares

- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
