PDR: Approving the dossier of stock issuance to pay dividend

According to the decision dated April 27, 2020, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the dossier of stock issuance to pay dividend, including:

1. Report on the stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders;
2. Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the issuance plan;
3. The Board resolution approved the dossier of stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders;
4. Audited consolidated and separate financial statements in 2019;
5. Other relevant documents (if any).
