According to the Board resolution dated April 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved the second cash dividend payment for 2019 as follows:

-       Payment ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs for a share)

-       Record date: May 18, 2020

-       Estimated payment date: June 11, 2020.
