The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFG) announces the Board resolution dated April 25, 2020 with the following issues:

1. Approving the business plan in Quarter 2.2020:

-       Total revenue:     VND 650,000 million

-       Profit:                 VND 12,000 million.

2. Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Meeting time: expected in June 26, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Hiep Phuoc Industrial zone, Nha Be, Hochiminh.

3. Approving the record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 on June 02, 2020.
