Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (VMD) announces Decision No.197 dated March 26, 2020 with the following contents:

1. To change the company name of Vimedimex Ha Noi Co Ltd into Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Distribution Center – Company Limited.
2. To change Legal Representative of Vimedimex Ha Noi from Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lan – Chairman to Mrs. Nguyen Ngoc Dung – Chairman.
3. To change the representative of contributed capital of VND 92,027,132,620 of VMD in Vimedimex Ha Noi from Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lan to Mrs. Nguyen Ngoc Dung.
4. To change the position of Chairman of Vimedimex Ha Noi from Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lan to Mrs. Nguyen Ngoc Dung.
