Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (VMD) announces Decision No.205 dated April 01, 2020 with the following contents:

1. To change the content of Business Registration Certificate of Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Distribution Center – Company Limited.

-    Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Distribution Center – Company Limited received the contributed capital of Vimedimex Pharmaceutical JSC 2 with the amount of VND 157,972,867,380 to become a member company of Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Distribution Center – Company Limited.

-       Time for receiving: April 01, 2020.

2. To change charter capital of Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Distribution Center – Company Limited from VND 92,027,132,620 to VND 250,000,000,000.
