    On April 27, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.703/TB-SGDHCM about the change of the content of record date of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation as follows:

-     Old content:

The Annual General Meeting 2020 will be expected to hold in April 2020 or earlier.

-      New content:

The Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held before June 30, 2020.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
