Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 05, 2020 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of internal audit in 2019 reported by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Head of Internal Audit Board.

Article 2: Approving the beginning liquidation price of rubber trees:

-       Quantity of liquidated rubber trees: 64,470 trees

-       Total beginning value: VND11,303,480,000

Article 3: Approving to choose Kizuna Ba Ria – Vung Tau Co., Ltd. as a cooperation partner to change plants in the second stage according to the high-tech agricultural model.
