GSP: BOD resolution dated March 06, 2020

The Board resolution dated March 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to raise its charter capital from VND 300,000,000,000 to VND 360,000,000,000.
2. Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
