According to Board Resolution No.02/2020/NQ-HDQT dated March 05, 2020, the Board of Directors of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the following issues:

-       To purchase all shares of Capella Quang Nam Joint Stock Company and increase the capital of Capella Quang Nam Joint Stock Company to invest in Tam Thang 2 Industrial Park Project.

-       To increase the capital of Sacom Real Estate Joint Stock Company to finance Nhon Trach Real Estate Project.
