PPI: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On April 18, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.576/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation (PPI):

-       Number of shares delisted     : 48,290,629 shares

-       Value of shares delisted        : VND482,906,290,000

-     The stock PPI is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.130/QD-SGDHCM dated April 18, 2019.

-       Reason: The Company had losses in 2016, 2017 and 2018, in the case of securities delisted under Item 5, Clause 1, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-       Effective delisting date: May 20, 2019

-       Last trading date: May 17, 2019
