ASA: Request of explanation for the stock delisting status

On 18/9/2018, ASA Consumer Product Joint Stock Company (stock code: ASA) was put under supervision and the company can only traded on Friday due to serious violations of information disclosure.
However, until 12/4/2019, the company has not diclosed audited financial statement 2017, financial statements of Q.III & 4.2018 and audited financial statement 2018. Thus, the stock of ASA belongs to the delisting case regulated at point m clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange by 23 April 2019 at the latest.
