ASM: Decision on the change of listing

On April 17, 2019, HOSE issued Decision No.120/QD-SGDHCM to allow Sao Mai Group Corporation (securities code: ASM) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 241,933,853 shares

-      Additional volume: 16,933,996 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND169,339,960,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 258,867,849 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND2,588,678,490,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: April 19, 2019

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2017 and the first phase of 2018 dividend payment.
