ALV: Request of explanation for the stock delisting status

According to statistics of HNX as at 11 April 2019, ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC submitted late audited financial statements of three consecutive years (2016, 2017 and 2018). Thus, the stock of ALV belongs to the delisting case regulated at point k clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange on 18 April 2019 at the latest.
