SCJ: Request of explanation for delisting status

On 29/3/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received application for change in listing registration of 18,323,000 shares in private placement to swap debt (Stock code: SCJ). After swapping, shares of Sai Son Cement JSC were put in delisting status.
Hanoi Stock Exchange refused the Company’s change in listing registration and requested the Company to explain reason leading the delisting status and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange no later than 22/04/2019.
