Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 (EGM) dated December 05, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of the appointment of member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board:

a. List of BOD member:

-       Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc;

-       Mr. Bui Minh Tuan;

-       Mr. Le Hung;

-       Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong;

-       Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong;

-       Mr. Lam Tu Thanh;

b. List of Supervisory Board member:

-       Ms. Phan Thi Phuong;
