SBV: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On December 04, 2018, Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 60,000 shares

-   Number of registered shares to buy: 600,000 shares

-   Purpose: to decrease the number of outstanding shares and increase the trading value.

-   Expected trading period: no more than 30 days as the beginning date of trading

-   Trading method: put through.
