TNT: BOD resolution on transferring stake

On December 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tai Nguyen Corporation approved to transfer stake of apartments selling and office for lease project to No 41 Ha Noi Housing Development and Investment Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND34,714,550,000.
