The Board resolution dated December 05, 2018, Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of the appointment of member of the Board of Directors, incluing:

-       Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc;

-       Mr. Bui Minh Tuan;

-       Mr. Le Hung;

-       Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong;

-       Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong;

-       Mr. Lam Tu Thanh;

-       Ms. Nguyen Minh Hang.

2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Hung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from December 05, 2018.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen An as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
