UIC: Board resolutions on bank borrowing

Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated October 16, 2018 as follows:

           The Board of Directors approved the credit limit and implement related transactions at    Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Dong Dong Nai Branch with the limit of VND25,800,000,000. Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company agreed to use its assets that are accepted by BIDV as the collateral for its credit obligation at BIDV.

    The purpose of capital borrowing to invest in overcoming the problem of 110/22kV Tuy Ha substation.
