On October 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved to hold the fiscal year 2017 - 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) as follows:

-       Record date: October 31, 2018

-       Meeting time: expected in November 15, 2018

-       Meeting venue: Thanh Thanh Nam Building, 253 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 2, Tan Bình District, Ho Chi Minh City.

-       Content:

+ The  report on the Board of Directors activities of the fiscal year 2017 – 2018 and plan for the fiscal year 2018 – 2019;

+ Approving the audited financial statements of the fiscal year 2017 – 2018;

+ Approving the business result of the fiscal year 2017 – 2018;
