VPB: VPB’s foreign ownership limit fixed at 22.532 percent

According to Official Document No.6983/UBCK-PTTT dated October 12, 2018 by the State Securities Commission (SSC), SSC approved to fix the foreign ownership limit at VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank at 22.532% charter capital of VPB so that VPB can make a private offering under the law.
