SBT: BOD approves the contents of collecting shareholders opinion

   On October 05, 2018, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the contents of collecting shareholders’ opinion as follows:

2. Content:

-       Report on the amendment and supplement the company’s charter;

-       Stock issuance to pay dividend for the fiscal year 2016 – 2017;

-       Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2017 – 2018;

-       Issuance of preferred shares for dividends;

-       Report on the promulgation, amendment and supplement the Corporate Internal Governance Regulation;

-       Approving the existing shareholders and related person to receive the transfer of SBT shares without the public tender offer.

-       To change its business lines;
