DPG: BOD resolution on adjusting the stake at 30-4 Quang Ngai JSC

On October 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company (DPG) approved the additional capital contribution to 30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND67,500,000,000. Accordingly, the stake of DPG in 30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company will increase from VND244,350,000,000 up to VND311,850,000,000.

    To appoint Mr. Luong Minh Tuan and Mr. Dinh Gia Noi as the representatives of stake in 30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company.
