      On October 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company approved to buy its treasury shares as follows:

-   Stock code: AAM

-   Par value: VND10,000

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 2,400,000 shares

-   Purpose: to stabilize the market price.

-   Trading date: within 30 days from the approval by the State Securities Commission.

-   Trading method: order matching and put through.

-   Purchase price: from VND10,000/share to VND15,500/share.
