ASM: Resolution on collecting shareholders’ opinion

      On October 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing to Mr. Le Tuan Anh and related persons to increase the holding ratio to 51% up to the maximum level and the total number of voting shares of ASM without the public tender offer.
