HCD: HCD to change the dividend payment date
On October 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company approved to change the payment date of the first 2017 cash dividend payment as follows:
- Payment date: March 20, 2019 (instead of October 31, 2018)
- Reason for change: At present, the plastic market is fluctuating. Taking this opportunity, the company has prioritized the funds to import large quantities of cheap raw materials to stockpile for production and sales in Q4.2018 and 2019. In addition, the company is also focusing on investment and expansion of the plant (phase 2). Therefore, the company needs more time to arrange the funds for the dividend payment.
