NAF: Correction to the dividend payment

Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company has corrected the 2016 dividend payment in stock as follows:

-    Exercise ratio: 10:1

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

-    Estimated issue volume: 3,299,993 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

-    Implement date: expected in 2018
