The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend and the first phase of 2018:
1. To pay cash dividend for the first phase of 2018:
- Payment ratio: 11% of charter capital
- Payment date: November 28, 2018
- Record date: November 09, 2018
2. To pay stock dividend for 2017
- Exercise ratio: 9% of charter capital
