BTP: The record date for the 2018 EGM and dividend payment

On October 26, 2018, HOSE announces the record date for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company:

 The payment for the cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10.9%/ par value (VND1090/ share)

Payment date:                          November 29, 2018

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company as from November 29, 2018.
